- Using our AI agents for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Agentyne's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Agentyne or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must immediately notify Agentyne of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Agentyne does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Agentyne be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Modifications to Services
Agentyne reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Agentyne shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
8. Customer Identification and Logo Usage
By using Agentyne's services, including free-tier or $0 plans, you agree that Agentyne may identify your company or organization as a customer of Agentyne. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use your company name and logo on Agentyne's website, marketing materials, investor presentations, and other promotional channels for the purpose of identifying you as a customer.
If you wish to opt out of this provision, you must submit a written request to [email protected] and receive written confirmation from Agentyne before any such opt-out takes effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
